We swing into action quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
While we’re confident you’ll love your new equipment, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Here’s our game plan for returns:
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

- Body: Specify if you want a return or exchange, list items (name, size, color), reason for return, and your shipping address
2. Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Never send items without an RMA number – we can’t process unauthorized returns.
3. Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Use the return label we provide (U.S. returns) or follow international return instructions.

4. Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline:
• Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval (plus your bank’s processing time)
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Timeline:
• Exchanges are processed once we receive your return
• You’ll receive shipping confirmation for your replacement
• Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
International Returns
For our global customers:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Batting gloves (due to personal fit and hygiene)
- Cleats (if worn or with dirt/marks)
- Face masks & Chest protectors (safety equipment)
- Fitted hats (personalized items)
